We are looking for a Specialist Technical Training & Solutions.

Purpose of the job:

Develop and roll out online and offline technical training programmes to the European Distributor (=>Dealer) network. Support distributors (=>Dealers) with optimised solutions for diagnostics and special tools.

Development of technical training materials & events:
• Develop technical training materials based on engineering and product information: designed to be easily localised and deployed.
• Build technical training courses for Distributor trainers with digital (e-learning) focus where appropriate.
• Self-study operating and working principles of newly introduced vehicles /systems and translate to training content
• Conduct TTT sessions for DB staff (trainers)
• Close coordination with departments responsible for non-technical training at MME, to maximise common look and feel, synergies, training platforms.
• Plan, organize and execute on-line and off-line events related to technical training, diagnostics and special tools including full event logistics and management of suppliers.

Diagnostics:
• Liaise with MMC headquarters, Alliance partners and other stakeholders, to prepare local deployment of optimised diagnostic solutions.
• Advise MMC HQ on optimal deployment of diagnostic solutions in the MMC European dealer network, including viable business scheme & cost per dealer (etc).
• Deliver, coordinate and follow up dealer deployment via distributors.

Special tools:
• Develop, deploy and maintain MME special tools programme and policy to optimise dealer (=>customer) workshop requirements vs level of dealer investment.
• Prepare validated business scheme for supply of Special Tools (purchase, stocking and delivery).

Distributor Support & Deployment:
• Participate in Training meetings with MMC & Distributors in order to understand upstream manufacturer requirements and market requests & needs.
• Support distributors on technical training related questions and local deployment of centrally-prepared technical training modules/courses etc.
• Specific backup (Level#2) for Special Tools-related trouble-shooting in case of need eg if Service Engineering (Level#1) cannot solve).
• Specific backup (Level#2) for Diagnostic-related trouble-shooting in case of need eg if Service Engineering (Level#1) cannot solve).

• Education:
o Master in Automotive Technical Education
o Didactical education/experience
o English/Dutch (spoken/written)
• Professional experience:
o Between 5 and 10 years’ work experience in automotive after sales business
o Knowledge of training methods
o High level of technical and analytical skills
o Training experience and module development experience
o Self-employed in development work
o Experience with video creation
o Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
o Flexible, studious, potential to grow in development work
